Tissue Microarray (TMA)

Fully automated Preparation of a Tissue Microarray (TMA)

We offer in house construction of Tissue Microarrays (TMA) either from our own tissue repository (prostate, breast, pancreas, gall bladder, cervix, ovary, brain, liver, urinary bladder, salivary glands, esophagus, head and neck, thyroid and various cell lines ) or by using customer’s FFPE tissue specimens. Our tissue cores are between 0.5 - 2.0 mm in diameter, and can hold up to 396 different tissue specimens per paraffin block.

Instrumentation to scan and automatically capture high resolution digital images of TMA spots and perform semi-automated quantitative image analysis and custom services such as IHC,  and FISH staining of the tissue microarrays, are also available.

The CAP Certification Mark is a service mark owned by CAP and is used pursuant to a license from CAP.
